-the round steak or sometimes referred to as a topside and silverside can be a tough cut of beef steak unless you marinate it for a few hours. Check out this classic barbecue steak marinade recipe by one of the BBQ Pit Boys.

@Trike17 btw I also let it marinade for about 6 hours..
Hmm.. I tried this exact recipe, the whole marinade and everything exactly as you guys did it but.. the round top steak after it was done and we let it sit there for 5 mins and finally dug into it, it tasted really bland.. the outside tasted good, but the inside of the meat was incredibly bland. Hardly tasted like anything.. not gonna lie, I was a little disappointed. Made it medium-rare too so it’s like it was too dry or anything.. is that normal for it to taste so bland?
old hickory knives are good to work with.
@Trike17 Worcestershire sauce
1:54 he says Worcestershire sauce, right..? Just making sure I’m buying the right ingredients for the marinade, heh..
What does he say at 1:54? The name of the sauce.. how do you spell that? The one he pours after the Onion Powder..
