We purchased 2 of these after buying a couple Hunter fans in the past. These are top quality fans, both in looks and built quality. Even on high, you can barely hear them. The half globe instead of the 4 individual lights make it look a bit more ‘normal’ instead of your typical ceiling fan which is a nice touch. The CFL bulb is also nice for the energy conscience consumer.
